We want you to be happy with Cutwave. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf.
To request a refund, you can either:
- Visit paddle.net, look up your order with the email used at checkout, and request a refund directly; or
- Email us at support@cutwave.ai with your order ID and we will forward the request to Paddle.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via paddle.net or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Upgrades and downgrades are pro-rated automatically by Paddle.
Failed processing
If a video processing job fails for technical reasons on our side, the credits used for that job are automatically returned to your account.
